September 2025 Snapshot: Regional Queensland Growth Accelerates as Listings Tighten

The September 2025 Ray White Now report highlights the ongoing momentum in Australia’s property market, fuelled by interest rate cuts and the upcoming expansion of the five per cent deposit scheme. Regional Queensland stood out with strong growth, recording a 1.7% monthly rise in house prices and 11.6% annual growth to $783,000.

Regional units also gained 1.4% monthly and 8.1% annually to $666,000, reflecting lifestyle demand and affordability advantages. Tight supply remains a defining feature, with regional Queensland listings down 21.5% year-on-year, underpinning competitive conditions and auction clearance rates above 74%.
