We're Hiring: Experienced Co-Agent!

The MK Property Team is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is ambitious in building a long and successful career in the Real Estate industry as a Co-Agent to Melinda Kirby — Rockhampton Greater Region #1 Female Real Estate Agent!

We have massive goals in sight, but to achieve them, we need another like-minded team member to ensure we’re running as efficiently as possible while delivering an outstanding level of customer service to our clients.

Prior real estate experience is desirable, but not essential. If you can demonstrate a great track record in sales in other industries I want to hear from you!

We are offering:

• A full-time Sales Agent position that can include Saturdays when needed.
• A position where full, on-the-job training is provided by the Melinda Kirby Team. This is your opportunity to work with one of the region’s leading agents

As a Co-Agent to Melinda, your duties and training will include, but are not limited to:

• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential buyers.
• Conducting open houses and private inspections with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Ensuring meticulous organisation and upkeep of our client database.
• Implement various prospecting strategies to identify new listing opportunities, such as cold calling, letterbox drops, and just sold/listed postcards.
• Securing residential listings on behalf of Melinda Kirby.
• Overseeing the sales process by maintaining regular communication with vendors and buyer specialists.

Minimum requirements for this role:

• Demonstrate a great history of sales experience. Doesn’t have to be in Real Estate but could be through other senior sales roles in other industries.
• Must have a passion/keen interest in real estate and property.
• Possession of a current QLD Sales Registration (or in the process of obtaining) and a valid Driver’s License.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of the Google Docs ecosystem (or Office 365).
• Experience with social platforms; Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Fantastic time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• A drive to make this a career and be a key team player to dominate in the Rockhampton property market!

• Someone who is just getting into real estate to make a quick buck… Ps. It doesn’t work like that… Working in real estate is hard!
